Listening tokens — when they are built
The plan is that listening will earn tokens at a multiplier set by your membership tier. None of it exists yet: there is no balance, no multiplier and no ledger, and nothing is accruing to anybody today.
Direct your impact — when it opens
The plan is connectivity and education for women who need it, or member perks, and the pick will be yours. None of it is open yet: there is no catalogue, nothing has ever been redeemed, and there is no balance to spend.

Refer someone to a paid membership and you earn a quarter of every payment they make.

All figures annualised, because that is the only way these compare. A weekly membership pays a smaller commission more often — over a year it is worth more than an annual one, which a per-period table hides.
Your referral code travels with the link
Every paid member gets a code the moment their membership activates. Share a link carrying it and the code rides through the whole join flow as state, so your referral is credited no matter which page they land on first.
Trials do not earn commission. Your own code lives in your account once you are signed in — there is nothing to apply for.
