Dawn Marie Bornheimer

As a fractional sales executive and founder of Mission Inspired Consulting, Dawn works with organizations doing meaningful work but often stretched thin trying to sustain it. She and her co-hosts Maisha B. Hoye and Dr. Sharon H. Porter host "Leading With Purpose," a podcast grounded in the realities of running organizations, managing people, and making decisions when there isn't a neat answer waiting at the end.

Dawn brings more than 20 years of experience spanning education, healthcare, and mission-driven work. She moved from classroom teacher to sales and marketing executive to founder of her own consulting firm, where she now helps EdTech startups, nonprofits, and women-led businesses build the infrastructure their missions need to grow. She is a four-time published author, a certified trainer in human-centered AI leadership and diversity and inclusion, and a mentor to military spouses through American Corporate Partners.
