By accessing or using the SHEQONOMI platform at sheqonomi.com or our mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SHEQONOMI, LLC. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

SHEQONOMI is a women-focused digital media platform offering podcast streaming, educational content, community features, digital token rewards, merchandise, and related services. The Platform is available on iOS, Android, KaiOS, JioStore, and web.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features require payment. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with applicable law

6. Digital Tokens and Rewards

SHEQONOMI may offer digital tokens as rewards for listening, learning, and engagement. These tokens have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Token balances may be adjusted or expired at our discretion.

7. User Content

If you submit content to the Platform (reviews, comments, podcast submissions), you grant SHEQONOMI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Platform. You represent that you own or have the rights to submit such content.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Upload or transmit malicious code or spam
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, audio, and software — is the property of SHEQONOMI or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHEQONOMI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SHEQONOMI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York, NY.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
