Maggie Calder is a spiritual teacher, podcast host, and wellness practitioner whose life is a living testament to the power of presence. From Harley-Davidson motorcycle racer to trained chef, interior designer, and co-creator of a global retreat center, Maggie's journey has taken her from the temples of India and Bali to the monasteries of Thailand—always guided by a single principle: say yes to life. She served as the private assistant and chef to Eckhart Tolle, and through that role was introduced to some of the most influential spiritual teachers of our time, including the Dalai Lama, Caroline Myss, and Wayne Dyer. These encounters reshaped her understanding of presence and what it means to truly meet each moment. Today, Maggie hosts The Zen Den podcast and runs Get Real Zen, a conscious conversation and healing space in Victoria, British Columbia. Through meditation, sound healing, Anja Light Therapy, and intuitive guidance, she supports people in returning to what is already whole. Her book, My Monk Called Me Spiritual Gangster, captures the wisdom of her extraordinary path. Maggie's philosophy is simple: Be real in your Zen.
